Wax Works West Cancellation Policy

If we must cancel a workshop due to under enrollment, you will be notified no later than one week before the workshop is scheduled. In this event, your workshop payment will be returned to you in full, or you may transfer it to another session. If you must withdraw from a workshop, and you give us a minimum of one month's notice, Wax Works West will refund your money, retaining a $35 processing fee.

If you must withdraw from a workshop once it has been paid and we are unable to replace you, Wax Works West will retain the entire amount. If we can replace you, we will refund all but the $35 processing fee. Wax Works West does not assume any responsibility for nonrefundable travel and lodging expenses.

Wax Works West Product Return Policy
We will happily accept all returned items (except custom made palettes) for exchange or a full store credit. Merchandise credits may not be applied to the purchase of classes.
